  • This unique 3 day program addresses the first time manager experience. We examine the manager’s responsibilities and challenges by exploring each stage of an employee lifecycle. Court-Approved Mediation Training

Our comprehensive 24-hour Virtual Initial Mediation Training explores conflict resolution theory, providing essential intervention approaches and the space for participants to apply new skills within a group problem-solving and role-playing environment and to mediate in NY state courts. (Part 146 approved)

  • Alongside the establishment of the core processes, skills and values of mediation practice, this workshop explores:

    • Collective problem-solving to spot and resolve common issues

    • The role of context and identity within conflict

    • Best practices for in-person and virtual mediation sessions

    This workshop is delivered through a mixture of interactive lectures, small group work, exercises and role plays, resulting in an engaging and informative learning atmosphere. Participants who complete this workshop are equipped to mediate in private, court and community contexts.
