Who We Are
Started by Genesis Fisher, an experienced attorney and Law Professor, our collective quickly gained success with the ‘radical’ idea that many of our differences can be resolved through respectful collaboration.
At Fisher Beacon, we transform workplaces from conflict-ridden environments into peaceful, productive spaces. We believe in enhancing communication and resolving differences through strategic, transformational workplace programming. Our tailored approach supports meaningful conversations and insights in corporate, NGO, and government settings.
Ages of 20s to 70s, and industries from tech to HR, each person on our team shares a commitment to the values of innovation, dignity, and creativity.
